Some pictures of my army days and sports up to the present day.I joined the army in 1978 and past the Commando course when I was 17 and entered the Marines individual where I got a trophy for the best boxer in the competition .Out of 41 fights I lost 6 and won more than 20 by ko.I entered 2 marathons with the fastest time of 2hr 57 min.A 50km about 31 1/4 miles run in 3hrs 45 min.The most recent things I done was a 10km run in 44 min on the 10th June.The beginning of this year I learnt to row using the Concept 2.I entered the 4min and ranked number 1 in the world for my age and weight,500m 3rd,1000m 7th,2000m 8th,5000m 8th and 6000m3rd.These are correct at 9th August but can change daily.My friend Darness from the Bronx say I am a looser and he is right because I lost 6 fights and I lost nearly 30 places in my 6 rowing events.But he is undefeated because he hasn't entered anything yet.He has to hurry up because he is nearly 42.As I am 50 I have plenty of black and white photos I am expecting some comments.
